This Shipping Policy explains how Avarylane processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this page carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on our website are reviewed and processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays.
Our daily order cutoff time is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Any order placed after this time will be queued for processing on the following business day. Please factor this into your expected delivery window.
Shipping Method & Delivery Timeframe
Avarylane currently offers the following shipping option for all US orders:
- Order handling time: 0 to 1 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery time: 4 to 9 business days from the date of order.
All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping (Free) — fulfilled through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order is placed and include both handling and transit time.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is completely free on all orders, with no minimum spend required. No shipping fees or hidden charges apply at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 US states. At this time, Avarylane does not offer international shipping.
- All 50 US states are covered, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
- We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order date, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us at support@avarylane.com with your order number and we will follow up immediately.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes can only be accommodated if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Once your order has been collected by a carrier, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery address. Avarylane is not responsible for failed or misdelivered orders resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted provided your order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, email us at support@avarylane.com with your order number in the subject line as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your request, we are unable to cancel it. You are welcome to return the item once it arrives in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Delays & Disruptions
All delivery timeframes stated on this page are estimates only. Avarylane does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays or high parcel volumes during peak periods such as Black Friday, Thanksgiving, or the Christmas holiday season.
- Severe weather conditions or natural events.
- US federal public holidays during the transit period.
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery window, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package arrives in a damaged condition:
- If the damage is visible at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately at support@avarylane.com.
- If the package was left at your address while you were absent and is damaged, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Wait 24 hours from the marked delivery time, as packages are occasionally scanned before final delivery.
- Check with neighbours or your building's reception area.
- If the package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date at support@avarylane.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
