RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Avarylane, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
- Any accessories or documents included with the item must be returned as well.
Return Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will cover the full cost of the return. No charges apply to the customer.
- Change of mind returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply no longer want it, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not charge any restocking fees. Your refund will reflect the full item price.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
- Step 1 – Contact us: Email us at support@avarylane.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
- Step 2 – Pack your item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and any documents that came with it.
- Step 3 – Ship it back: Follow the return instructions provided in our response email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Avarylane is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund Process
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We are happy to help you exchange an item for a different size or colour. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@avarylane.com with your order number and the details of what you would like instead. Our team will guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Underwear and swimwear.
- Earrings and pierced jewellery.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on their product page.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@avarylane.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
