Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • Order handling time: 0 to 1 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit time: 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 9 business days from the date of order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Avarylane only ships within the United States. We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not currently available but we hope to offer it in the future.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a standard residential or commercial address at checkout.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time on the carrier's website.

My tracking number is not updating. What should I do?

Tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after your order has been dispatched. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us at support@avarylane.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

My order says delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

Please wait 24 hours as packages are occasionally scanned before final delivery. Also check with neighbor's or your building's reception. If your package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@avarylane.com. Once an order has been collected by a carrier, we are unable to redirect it.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, email us at support@avarylane.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the full cost of the return. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees. Your refund will reflect the full item price.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes. To request an exchange, please email us at support@avarylane.com with your order number and the details of what you would like instead. Our team will guide you through the process.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear and swimwear.
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry.
  • Items marked as final sale on their product page.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@avarylane.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible at support@avarylane.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order". Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but you may return it once it arrives.
